Every lamp has a 30-day signature warranty on technical faults.

If you are not happy with your lamp, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
How to request
- Message us on WhatsApp +880 1777-549412 or email anasluxyworld@gmail.com with your order number.
- Send clear photos or a short video of the issue (for faults or damage).
- We will confirm the next step, then arrange replacement, repair or refund.
Damage caused by misuse, drops or unauthorized repair is not covered by the warranty.
